Please help me find a 40th birthday present for a friend

A good friend is going to be 40 soon. She is well-off and stylish, and gives generous gifts herself. Please give me ideas for a present for her! I want to get her something nice but I am not really stylish myself so I don't feel very confident!

It can cost up to £100/$150 but I am in the US so it needs to be available here.

Experiences -- day at the spa is always nice.

If you have been friends for a while then get a photo book made up of all your pics together over the years, or even make your own montage. My DD did this for me and I was in tears I was so moved.

Those are all great ideas, thank you. Unfortunately I have not known her for long enough to create a photo book - will bear that in mind for her 50th! I can't imagine why I didn't think of Tiffany - I will have a look there.
