Size 6 boys shoes! Why does nowhere stock them!!!

Oh my goodness, what a nightmare it has been since DS grew in to a size 6 shoe! Childrens shoes stop at a 5, or 5.5 and mens start at a 7! You can get some online, Next etc do them, but many places don't. But its just such a palava! Like when his school shoes got a hole in, I had to wait for 5 days for his new shoes to arrive! Can't just nip out to a shop for some!

I did manage to get some in a massive Next store at the weekend, but it was in Manchester city centre, never have I found any in any other store!

Anyone know why its such a nightmare? WHY!!!!!!

Some Clarks shoes go down to a 6. My ds hit 6 last summer - couldn't find any sandals past a 5/5.5 apart from one horrible pair, and wasn't too sure what to do! Ended up getting him some Clarks men's ones online, but it's a complete PITA paying adult prices.

I would have thought Clarks school shoes went past a 6 though - they do for girls?

It is awful though - much harder than for my daughters.

Our local shoe shop certainly does up to 7s as I was in with DS when I saw another parent getting some for her son (11 I think). I was interested as DS is already in a 2 at just 7.

DS wears Kickers - boot stylie. He has a pair of womens size 6
