Zatchels/Cambridge Satchel Co bags?

Been having a look at both sites and really like them.
Does anyone have experience with either company or have one of their satchels?

Watching with interest as I have finally persuaded DD to have a Cambridge Satchel for school but I am now worried it will not be big enough.

I know, I have heard a lot of good things about the scaramanga bags but wanted either navy or green. Wish they did colours!

Sastra I was wondering which size to get, torn between 13/14.5 sizes. Whether to get a top handle or not and also if the traditional buckles are a pain to get in and out of. Any advice much appreciated :)

Ah okay.

You get used to the buckles, no problem. I have a top handle, but I don't think you need one. Looks good though.

What size depends on what you need it for - they're not actually that large - ive got the largest one and with an A4 folder in you can't fit much more in. Also, they're quite heavy with nothing in them...

But I love mine and I think it looks great for work

It would be for a day bag for everyday use. I usually carry big mum purse, small make up bag, kindle, iPhone, inhalers, tissues, small umbrella, glasses case, small brush and hand cream.

Do you use the grab handle a lot?

Also the leather looks very smooth, does it scratch easily?
