Bourjois and Chanel makeup-is there any real difference between the two brands?

In terms of quality etc given the links between the two brnads?

Yes. Used to be a fan of Bourjois blushers, but they always looked clownish on me as am v pale. Chanel has a superb range of colors for fans of subtle makeup, swear by their Joues Contraste Rose Ecrin (and lament the discontinued Narcisse).

Bourjois is nice quality too, so good for trying out. But I'm a huge fan of Chanel makeup and very happy with it - no going back. Buy most of it duty free.

Aren't they owned by the same company, or manufactured in the same factory or something like that? (like how L'Oreal own Lancome etc)
