Blue spider veins and under eye circles - camouflage makeup?

I have pronounced dark circles under my eyes, not too disastrous and I do have touchee velouté (thanks to GetOrf). However I also have a significant blue spider vein under each eye and nothing really covers them. Usually I use the touchee v, then bare minerals to cover but they are never really covered.

I wondered about specialist scar type cover up just for the veins. What is people's experience of them??

It isn't too heavy considering it is for covering scars/veins but I'm not sure how you'd go on under your eyes.

They have it in boots so you can see what its like but also they have a sample pack (see this link) which is really good for choosing the colour you need, and not too expensive. I use it for a scar on my face its very effective. It goes a long way.
