Hair serums for coloured/dry hair?

So my hair is coloured and really dry on the ends. I'm debating between the Vo5 heat protecting serum or the Pantene repair and protect, both have had good reviews on Boots website. I've tried the lee Stafford Argan oils, which wasn't worth the price tag IMO. One of the elvive serums, in the red bottle was rubbish, far too runny like water! Any ideas?

I have coloured and dry hair but have found a combination of Kerastase Elixir Ultime oil with L'Oreal Full Restore 5 shampoo & conditioner has totally turned it around. Lovely & soft and not frazzled any more :)

I bought a bottle of Mythic Oil from the hairdresser in January - I still have a bit left. It is brilliant and well worth a tenner.
