I ordered a dress from them at the end of May, my money was taken out via paypal the next day but my dress hasn't arrived yet.
It's been almost a month! My emails have gone unanswered which I find bloody rude.
Can I retrieve my £90?!

Yes, go to PayPal, go to the resolution centre and follow the prompts. You tell them you haven't received your item, they ask the seller for postage details, and if the seller can't prove delivery to your door then your money is refunded. You have to do this within 45 days of making payment so I would do it now.

I always find them very helpful on the phone so if you have any trouble doing the above just give them a call on 08707 307 191 and they'll either do it for you or explain it better than I can!

They are a bit disorganised - I had to phone and chase them but my dress did arrive and it is lovely so maybe harass them a bit more if you really want it Smile

I'll try the shop first, then paypal.

I rang the shop this afternoon, I spoke to a lovely girl who said my dress was being made so could be another 2 weeks. Will definitely buy from them again Smile

I am super cynical so keep an eye on the 45 day limit for getting a refund, you never know if they're just making you wait until its too late.

But it sounds like you sorted it so fingers crossed you get your dress :)

File the Paypal complaint -- you can always retract if it is resolved.

I am also a cynic about promises things will be ready after 45 days.

One company made me the promise -- I filed Paypal complaint item was with me w/in 2 days rather that 2 weeks.

To be honest, I do trust them, I just found it odd that they don't return emails.
And the reason I trust them is because their dresses are worn by women off the telly, I've since found out. {naive} Surely it's in their interest to deliver. Or maybe my order keeps getting put at the bottom of the pile because I'm not Karen Brady or in TOWIE Grin

Your order keeps on going to the bottom because you are not a celebrity -- assert your rights by filing Paypal complaint on day 31 and trust me things will be sorted.

Do not wait until Day 44.

I may well do that Mirpuppet, I go on holiday in a few days and did order it to take with me.
If I do will I be blacklisted? I have my eye on another dress for my birthday!

I doubt you will be blacklisted. Most companies like repeat customers even if they assert their consumer rights.

i had major problems with them twice, then when dress did arrive , zip was broken! just keep on top of them i found...

Emailed this company as getting married and wanted to know if they did a certain colour or anything close. Their reply "You can check our color chart.All the colors are there." No HI, thanks for your email. Nothing would never order from this site if that's what their customer service is like.

They're crap, completely disorganised. I returned a dress to them and the hoo-ha trying to get a refund was unbelievable.. Very unprofessional on phone too, going on about backlogs etc..
