I don't wear mine, it's big, so wondered if anyone has turned theirs into a top or dress?

I use it as a beach cover up, wrap around my back, cross at front and tie in a halter... perfecto.

thought of that too, but for here (London), was wondering if anyone had done something with theirs with a sewing machine Grin

I don't have the Mumsnet scarf, but I did notice that this month's Burda magazine has beach ideas which start with scarves (sorry, can only link the German version for some reason). Actually, if you think of something good that you would care to share, then I would be interested in hearing what you have done; I'm still collecting ideas for some scarf-print fabric.

I don't need a beach wrap in London.........!
hence why I was thinking about turning it into a shirt/top of some sort!

Well there are some dresses in there too, it's just the scarves that they have used make them look more like holiday wear than something you would see in a city.

Something like this? Or just use the fabric with a fairly simple dress pattern.

I've got a pinterest poard with some more ideas along these lines if you want the link.
