URGENT-blue skinny jeans search

My sister is visiting and is looking for bright blue skinnies and I was wondering if perhaps anyone knows who sells them? As in a chain so we can look them up on the website and then go to the shop (we're in France). TIA

I do have the m&s jeggings in a one season wonder colour but they are huge and even after sizing down v wide at the ankle. Its noticeable that most reviewers are either 55-65 or 65+, so might not be great if your sister not aiming for pensioner look!

What is the budget? There are loads of bargains in premium denim around at the moment e.g. I got a Paige pair yesterday with 50% off so £90 but they are truly fab. However it does depend if she wants to pay more than chain store prices.
