Are they any good? My hair is growing back after falling out during pregnancy and needs all the help it can get. Does anybody know if the supplements you can buy from boots are any cop? They're so pricey I almost want to believe they are.

You need Kelp supplements - not expensive. I bet the main ingredient in the fancy ones is kelp.

I bought Tesco own brand "Hair skin and nails" supplements - they were a fraction of the price of "Imdeen" and when I compared the quanity of vitamins and minerals on the back they were identical - plus they were on a 3 for 2 offer. I have really noticed the difference in my skin which was the main reason for buying them, nails don't seem to be breaking as much and hair is def shinier. HTHs

Thanks to you both - I will check out the Tesco own brand and kelp supplements. I am a real sucker for supplements but wanted to know if they actually did anything. Grin.
