kid they did that to me! amongst other things... and i ended up complaining VERY loudly and got sent £15 of vouchers!!!!!
not that i'd ever order anything from them again

I did order some things from their website from the January sales but I am still waiting for 1 or 2 items. I don't even want them now as they won't fit my kids. I wonder if I complain loudly enough, would they give me some vouchers?

yes my prob was with an internet order. didn't turn up.
they charged me for it. and the directory which i never asked for and never used.

kept sending me bills for about 6 months, would ring up each time and explain and get them to zero my account.

in the end (v pregnant and v hormonal) sent them a letter in big red font which said "leave me the fuck alone"
and other tasty morsels.. i think i mentioned monkey-brained fuckwits and calling the police for harassment!!!!!!!
jeez I was hormonal.... but it did the trick! lol

Hmm don't believe that tbh. They will have already committed to those orders more than 6 months ago with the manufacturers and the replenishment stock will already be on the ships !
