That Badedas bath stuff - why so expensive?

It's £5+ for what I can see as plain old bubble bath. Am I missing something? Is there some magic ingredient which justifies it's price.

Smells lovely on having a sniff but......£5+ ......please!

"I would take these bottles back to Boots and have them checked"

I think that as it is over three years since then, even if Boots were entirely staffed by ZOMBIES they would not take it seriously now.

MichalGrajewski · 01/08/2017 19:53

I bought one in Boots Today. There is nothing natural, just checked ingredients thru internet. Some of the ingredients are really bad for as. One day more people will care more about real, natural life, can't wait for it.

This thread makes me want to buy some. £5.50 in Tesco for 300ml!

Housewife2010 · 01/08/2017 21:08

My huge bottle is over 8 years old. Its quite thick now and difficult to get out but still smells lovely.

Blondielongie · 01/08/2017 21:17

I'm so confused. Why does this zombie thread keep popping up? Do people search for badedas often?

And the real question should be how do you pronounce it?

Like Adidas, or bad-ih-das?

Haffiana · 01/08/2017 21:44

Eh? How do you pronounce Adidas then?

CakeNinja · 01/08/2017 21:51

I don't think £5 for a bottle of bubble bath is particularly steep?! You get at least 5 baths (probably 10?) out of one surely?
Although smelt it, I imagine it to be like radox which I wouldn't buy as I always think radox smells like loo cleaner!

Blondielongie · 01/08/2017 21:52

Adeedus...isn't it?

Haffiana · 01/08/2017 22:17

Is it? Has it changed? I remember adverts where it was pronounced Ad-ih-das.

I am unlikely to buy either to be honest, so no-one will ever know I am uncool Grin

Absolutely nothing like it was 6/10 years. Used to be a yellowish colour and had a real smell that lingered. Bought some recently and it is awful to me. But I guess if you've never had the original then it probably smells pretty good. But a pale imitation. By the way it's 2.99 euros in Globus in Maintal, Germany.

Prince Charles uses Badedas apparently.

I read he also has someone run his bath for him at an exact temp.
