Daughter's Graduation/"Casual and Relaxed" wedding invite

I need one outfit that will serve for these two occasions with maybe a bit of tweaking.

Preferably trousers, I'm a 16 and very much an apple so no empire line tops.

Any brilliant ideas oh wise and stylish ones?

I'm hoping that I can ustilise what I've got as well rather than spend money.

What do you have that you might be able to use / put with something new?

I love the jumpsuit but at nearly 50 and very round not sure that I'm brave enough. I have never looked at Kaliko before and actually they have some nice things, why did you say 'ignore the brand'? Somethign I don't know??
