There seem to be loads of different ones and they are all offering huge discounts 70% on mulberry stock - including 2012 stuff - anyone used them - are they selling genuine items - nothing is described as seconds Confused

This one is on sale for £250 on John Lewis website

Do you think they are the real deal? There are some strange typos on their website....

uggmum · 19/06/2012 10:51

I don't think it's genuine. There are spelling is takes on the website and some of the products are current lines that would not be on sale.

They are also based in china, it tells you is on the payment page. So the products will be fake.

(x-post w uggmum)

That is a site selling fakes.
It's quite cleverly done BUT
The photos are of poor quality which means they have been copied from the real site.
It uses a different font and imaging to the real mulberry site (brands are very careful about that kind of thing)
Why would mulberry, have a sale section on their genuine site and also have a different site for outlets?
Most high end brand do not sell their outlet items online.

If it's too good to be true, then it usually is.
Sorry

Fake.

orangina · 19/06/2012 10:54

I (knowingly) bought a fake bag online from China/HK, and it was HORRIBLE. I thought that as I had still spent a reasonable sum of money on it, it would be fine, but it wasn't. I gave it away in the end.

Not worth it.

SpringGoddess · 19/06/2012 11:57

Wishful thinking and a bottle of red wine - I narrowly avoided making the purchase, will be sure not to mix online shopping with alcohol in future Wink

Stolen images - can tell by the odd proportions of the photos. Bad stolen logo. Do not trust

MissFoodie · 19/06/2012 15:24

you cannot buy real items off websites, apart from net a porter, don't waste your time or money

valiumredhead · 19/06/2012 15:30

The photos alone are an indication that it is faker than a fake thing on fake Tuesday!

faustina · 19/06/2012 18:14

you can buy real items off websites other than NAP - matches, johnlewis, harrods etc - just not obviously fake ones!!!
