Have we talked about DIY microdermabrasion with sodium bicarbonate yet? Revelation!

My skin is almost as soft as my 19 month old's!

It's just a paste of sodium bicarbonate and water, then massage in for five mins. It stings and you go a bit pink but dear lord my skin is peachy soft. I added a drop of lavender oil (made a largish batch for face and body).

Dunno why I'm surprised, really; it shines up my sink a treat Wink

Really! I'll maybe give it a go.

It's aMAzing, honestly.

Is your skin clear? I have had spots on my chin over the last few months and the red marks are still there, although the bumps have gone. I'd try anything that would get my chin clear so I can skip wearing make up on holiday next month.

It's definitely reduced the redness across my nose.

I was using bicarb to neutralise the S A i was using on my face. I use it as a scrub now.
