Bought this ' Line Filler' but have no idea when to use it. Before or after moisturiser? Pre make up ? Post make up? Anyone else used it?

I got it for a horrible wrinkle in my forehead. Only got it last week but use it before primer then my bare minerals. Kinda see a difference but still early days. Like the feel of it though and the little glass jar

After moisturiser?
