Ok. So I have some cellulite on my legs. I'm want to wear a bikini in oct on holiday and feel like my legs look ok.
It's not really bad but could be better.

I dont drink or have caffeine and I've started brushing my legs before I have a shower.

What else could I be doing?

Not sure I believe the hype regarding creams
to banish it!
Please enlighten me is someone has found a miracle cream that I can use alongside the above.

Thanks

Not sure if it really works on cellulite as only just started using it, but there is a Jergens toning and tightening moisturiser with collagen and elastin which is fairly cheap (about a fiver) which you could easily pay for a standard body lotion anyway, so even if it doesn't work it's not a waste. It is nice as a body lotion, feels nice smells nice etc.

I can't find the one I mean, but there is a similar one on Boots website here

Not something you can buy over the counter, but my really bad cellulite has practically disappeared since I started running! Have just finished the Couch 2 5K programme last week, and within the first few weeks, I noticed a difference. Am actually looking forward to wearing a bikini on holiday next month for the first time though need some miracle cure for my very wobbly tummy!

I used to find the Karin Herzog Silhouette cream actualy did make a difference. However it's not cheap.

i used to run littledolly and i agree it does help but i really don't want to anymore.

Ive started going on the trampoline to get some CV exercise.

running just used to make me ache everywhere, mostly my back.

does anyone think body brushing actually works?

Nivea Goodbye Celulite.
Cheap and quite good.

You could try the [[http://zaggora.com/hotpants/ Zagorra Hot Pants, they're supposed to be good for cellulite. I saw on a discount website that the code "SLIMHOT" at the checkout you'll get 20% off.

CaveMum · 13/06/2012 13:08

Oops, link fail!

Trying again Zagorra Hot Pants

Running used to give me back ache too. I found that since gaining more core strength I don't suffer any more and can (kind of) comfortably run 5K without any issues.

I can totally get rid of my cellulite if I body brush every morning (quite hard and towards heart) and cut down on my Pepsi Max habit.
