spa hotel & dinner hen weekend. what to wear?

Have never done the spa hotel thing, but am due to go to one soon for my friends hen do.

What on earth should I wear for this? There will be dinner, spa stuff but not too lairy as she just wants a fairly civilised night with the girls.

Skinnies and a nice top? Or something a little more dressy?

I went on my sister's hen do a few weeks ago - we had spa treatments on Sat afternoon and then a meal in the hotel restaurant that night (plus a few drinks in the bar in the afternoon )

For the meal I wore leggings, high heels and a dressy top, a couple were in dresses, and the rest were in black trousers and smart tops. I would probably avoid jeans but I don't think you need to go over the top in dressiness iyswim.
