These. I got 36 rollers for £5.98 posted!! Much cheaper than curl formers and imo just as good, they have gone in easily and I'm very pleased with them. If you have longer hair you'd have to start the curl half way down the hair as they aren't as long as curl formers but for the money I think they are a bargain.

How do they work Confused

Are they modern version of ragging your hair?

Mustgettogym · 08/06/2012 21:04

What? And before and after pic please? This seems ridic....

JoannaFight · 08/06/2012 21:05

That's a good find!

The wonder is though how Curl Formers can possibly justify £45 Confused

RandomMess · 08/06/2012 21:10

yes exactly how rags work, think I'll get some for the dds, they have naturally wavey/curling hair will work so well. I just look like a explosion in a mattress factory!

PissyDust · 08/06/2012 21:17

I'm a bit Confused as to how they work Blush do you just roll your hair around them? They would be great for DD's hair.

RandomMess · 08/06/2012 21:28

google curl formers and watch the video, basically a little tool that pulls the hair through the middle of the curler and then it springs back up into a curl until the hair is dry then take curler off.

LoopyLoopsCorgiPoops · 08/06/2012 21:52

damn you mumsnet, more stuff bought!

StellaAndFries · 08/06/2012 22:36

Yes the instructions were somewhat rubbish so I just followed a you tube video and they were easy to put in. I'm probably going to do dd1's hair tomorrow so can take photos then, I was looking particularly rough today Grin

I hated the look of curl formers, i can't see why anyone would want their hair to look like that? Hmm.

StellaAndFries · 08/06/2012 23:51

Well I'm going for victory rolls at the front and big loose curls in the back section.

KateSpade · 09/06/2012 20:12

StellaAndFries · 10/06/2012 00:15
