anybody know anything about shrinkability of Next trousers?

I had some delivered today, a selection of XL (33" leg) & T (35" leg)

the XL are just the right length now, the T a bit long. I never wear heels so that's not going to make any difference.

Some are linen/viscose & some are just viscose. I have been caught out before by viscose (not from Next) shrinking more than expected - can anybody tell me if I am likely to have the same prob with these?

TIA Smile

Yup, IME Next trousers nearly always shrink a bit in length. I always buy a regular length thinking they are fine with heels and end up wearing them with flats after a couple of washes.

oh dear

thank you, FB Smile

one of them was sold out in T so I only got XL. maybe I should take those back then...

it's very hard to know what to do because the really long ones are too long to wear as is, but if I wash them & they don't shrink I can't take them back

But if you wash them and they don't shrink you can take them up.(or find someone to do it for you)

If they are perfect and then shrink you don't have many options.

well that is very true Grin
