Pear shaped with thunder thighs- are Levi's bold curve any good?

I have a size 12 waist and size 14-16 thighs and bum. Jeans always gape at the waist if. Can get them over my enormous thighs. Levi's are pricey but I willowy if they,ll fit and flatter. Anyone tried them?

Watching with interest - I'm exactly the same and fed up with gaping and was thinking of forking out on these...

Darwin, look at the typos! Hope you could follow the gist.

I've got a pair and think they are very nice. The woman in the Levis shop was very helpful and brought me loads of different styles, sizes and colours to try. Definitely worth trying them.

I used the online guide to determine which 'curve' I was. I came out as a demi curve, but you sound more like a bold curve. I was too fat scared to go to one of their stores although it's probably worth going to get the best fit for your shape. The jeans have plenty of room in the thigh department, FYI!

My friend bought one perfect fit from Levi's and then found two more pairs in Lewisham TK Maxx pretty cheaply. Worth looking?
I rate Esprit jeans for chunky thighs (tho' still on look out for perfect fit)

I was measured as a bold curve but ended up with the demi curve. I found that the sizing and length varied a lot between styles and even different colours in the same style. Definitely worth going to a store as they are so helpful.
