Knee-and-bingo-wing-hiding dress for summer wedding!

I've got a family wedding to go to in July... Everything I've found so far is above the knee or sleeveless. These styles are bad for my fat knees and wobbly wings. Has anyone seen anything with short sleeves that comes below the knee and would still look good? I'm 5'6 and an untoned 10. Ta.

Well, you don't mention budget, so hopefully something below will be of use, or at least give you some ideas:

3/4 length sleeve, mid-calfthe conservative option
nod to the 70's trend
model is 5'10" so would be knee length or just below
patterned long-sleeved silk
