I am a 'larger laydee' and 'no spring chicken' and do have some bf tops from last time but they are

a) winter tops
b) a bit too tight fitting / clingy for my liking Wink

In lots of the places I have looked they are just too figure hugging for my comfort and it would be nice to feel and look reasonably good while I am a bit saggy and baggy in places due to not losing last times babyweight before getting pg with no2 having been pregnant. So figure disguising would be good and nothing too high fashion as I am more of a casual person.
I really don't want to expose any more of my pasty flesh than I have to this summer!

TIA for any help Crown

H&M are out. Their tops are tight fitting, not sure what they were thinking-no new mum is going to have a stomach she wants to show off immediately.
Mamas and papas tops are the best I have found. They are cut long and loose over the tummy. Designed to be flattering to a post birth woman. They have short sleeved tops too.

Thank you very much for the suggestion, will have a look as soon as I get a spare minute or 3 (have newborn & toddler so not much time to spare looking, hence the original question!)

Do they have to be specifically bf tops? I found I never got on with them so have ditched mine and bought a ton of £3.99 long layering vests from H&M, then I just wear whatever I fancy over the top. Top up, vest down, job's a good'un. Today I'm wearing a denim shirt, but other days it might be a tight or loose fitting top...

Totally with AmberNectarine. I lived in tight vest with bf clips which held in mum tum, and any top over. I never got on with proper bf tops, found the holes were never in the right place. Or maybe that's just me? I thought most bf empire line tops made me look 6 months gone, not a look I was hoping to achieve!

Thanks again - think I will try the vest with bf clips and a shirt over the top option (especially as its not too warm at the moment!) I agree about the holes not being in the right place on bf tops (thought it was just my oddly positioned boobs!) I should be able to manage now shouldn't I :) this is my second child after all! Might even fit in some clothes shopping for new non bf shirts etc
