I finally got around to using this. It was part of a Christmas present I received and nearly passed on. It is utterly amazing. I rarely exfoliate as its a faff but this is as easy as just washing yourself. I felt so clean and smooth afterwards. Every bit of scaly/dull skin has gone from my shins and arms. It can be used with a shower puff and its so foamy so no need to wash separately. It smells lovely too. There is a 3 for 2 on S&G stuff if anyone wants to treat themselves.

I also discovered a fabulous alternative use for the wonderful S&G foot fie (Hiya Shiney!) it's great for buffing off fake tan cock-ups! I used it in desperation a few days ago on some dark badly-applied patches nd it worked a treat

I love this stuff! Normally I hate exfoliating things the grit just makes my skin crawl but this is really good. So good I used it all and went for more. Was a bit put off by the price so bought a big tub of something different but was rubbish so went back yesterday and got it in the 3 for 2 along with loads more s&g!

Excellent- bought this earlier in the week on the 3 for 2 offer along with shower gel and body lotion which I always use from there. Will try it out tomorrow.

I think I'm going against the MN mainstream - I've tried a few S and G products, and just found them very smelly. The intensive hair conditioner thingy was awful, I threw it away as it left lots of residue on my hair. I so wanted to like S and G products !

have been looking forward to buying this since i read this thread as i love a good body scrub but in my excitement picked up the scrub of your life instead. it was the only s&g scrub in the local boots.

i got two as well for the three for two offer. it's going to be crap isn't it

Pebspop I love the scrub of your life, pulp fiction is good but prefer the scrub, bit more exfoliating.

All the S&G scrubs are vair vair good. The first one - Flake Away - is the best IMHO.
