what style/length summer dress should i get

Hi,

i want get myself a summer dress tomorrow for a bbq on saturday (weather permitting), ive got no idea what to go for though.

Im 4'11, size 14 , dark hair and pale skin that doesn't tan, i fancied a maxi dress but i dont want to look like i am being buried in fabric.

I need help ladies, im normally a jeans an t shirt kind of girl

btw max budget is £30

Personally, I'd go for v neck, short sleeve, knee length. Possibly kaftan shape, but i think a maxi dress with drown you.

I got this from DP and have been very happy with it. I'm thinking of buying ones in the other colours too.

DP also have a maxi which I think wouldn't look tent-like: here. It would look nice with your colouring too.
