Has anyone used no!no! 8800 hair removal system?

Hi everyone
I'm really wanting to try and find a hair removal product that doesn't cost a fortune and doesn't bring me out in a rash/red bumps etc (I have sensitive skin)!
I've heard about the no!no! 8800 hair removal system but there are lots of mixed reviews online about it.
Has anyone used it and if so what did you think? Is it worth it?
