can you please help as i just cant get summer clothing right? i really want a summery maxi dress,but seem to be destined to wear jeans all summer. today i picked up this dress in monsoon, this dress in DP, and a this fat face maxi skirt to go with a vest top/cardi. none of it seems quite right. the monsoon dress is a lovely colour, and even prompted DH to comment (he never does) and i'm not at all sure about the other two.
i just want to stay cool in the summer chasing after the children so i dont need anything too formal - i am usually a jeans/stripy tee/converse sort of person (birkenstocks in summer). i have had my colours done (winter) and i am still struggling with clothes. so what can anyone suggest? have you seen any dresses on your travels that may suit?
