Well I've caved & have agreed to do a Jubilee party, but my 6 year old boy with the lightest of light blond hair wants blue hair for the occasion. Can anyone recommend a spray-in blue hair colour that washes out, as I really don't want him to have to grow out green hair lol
Really don't want to put it on the 2 year old as well but may have no choice....
