Going to the picnic/concert on the 4th and the invitation says "wear whatever you feel comfy in". I have a casual(ish) dress to wear if it's warm BUT it's bound to rain!
So if it's cool, overcast and damp what do I wear without being over or under dressed?! Not allowed to take umbrellas but will be given a free mac.
