I signed up for an email newsletter once and keep getting emails from them.
Has anyone used those and what are they like?
Tempted but they are quite expensive.

Late Forties, very sensitive skin.
They had this sensitive skin serum I used, but stopped making it, so would like to know about the rest.

I'm 38 with sensitive skin. I've only used immortelle but it is without a doubt the loveliest cream I have ever used.

I trialled the immortelle for Red magazine and it was absolutely gorgeous, definitely felt it improved my skin tone and texture

I'll could go in and ask for samples if only they didn't act as if I was asking for their left kidney.

If you have trouble getting samples, ask for assistance and then say you have v sensitive skin and need to try to creams before you buy. I found l'occitane quite good for samples though. They even gave some in small pots when they didnt have any sachets left.
