Dernalogica, Microdermabrasion and Shellac Nails? Is it worth the money?

I have just decided to start looking after myself again and stop letting myself go...
Today I had a professional pedicure and manicure done and I am feeling good!
Other things that I would like to try are:

Shellac: £35 with mini manicure or pedicure

Dermalogica prescriptive: 1hour £50
or
Advanced anti ageing facial:1 hour £65
or
Microdermabrasion: 1hour £60

I am 35, and these are London prices.
I don't know any difference beteween the skin treatments and never seeing what shellac nails look like

Do these treatments really work and is it worth the price??

I use jessica geleration nails (which I believe is similar to the shellac) and I love them perosnally... similar price to me which includes a full hand / arm massage here too - outside of london

not had the others

I have had the dermalogica facials, very good. I only use the multivitamin repair mask though, not the cleansers or anything.
