Hi I am looking for storage for my necklaces to stop them getting tangled up. I opened my jewellery box today and all my necklaces where in one big tangled knot (I think my six year old might have had a hand in this!). I would like storage to hang the necklaces or keep them so that the chains don't tangle up.

I have two wooden hook rails a bit like these (but only about £4 each) from B&Q screwed onto the side of my wardrobe, one above the other, one is for bracelets, the other for necklaces.

I hang mine over a coat hanger in my wardrobe.

Try Howards storage world

I like these stackers

I'm up to my ears in jewellery and they keep everything seperate and tidy without looking twee or taking up places on my dressing table with silly wire contraptions.

Quite a few places sell them so shop around for a good price.

I use an old wooden spice rack on the wall.

Looks pretty too.

I've bought sticky hooks from b&q that you take off the back and stick them in place. I have about seven stuck to the inside of my wardrobe door for necklaces and bracelets.

I've also got a 5-hook coat rail screwed to the inside of my wardrobe door. I do colour coordinated hanging too (makes me happy)

Ooh the very question I keep meaning to ask!

For those of you using hooks - don't things fall off when you open the doors? Or jangle a lot (it would get on my nerves if it sounded like a wind chime every time I opened the wardrobe Grin)
