Dry skin in pregnancy

Not sure where to post so have put here and in pregnancy.
Am 18weeks PG now and since i became pregnant the skin on my face has been bad. Started off as rosacea (which I had pre PG) and now the spots are clearing and I'm now experiencing really dry skin. Currently using aloe Vera wash once a day and moisturiser twice a day, both from the body shop. Still really dry, any other suggestions? Thanks!

When I was pregnant the only cream that stopped the dry patches on my face was Nivea Soft for face body and hands.

Had same problem when pregnant and switched to Clarins Hydraquench range.....sorted dry skin out a treat.
