Horrid skin after medicines

A couple of weeks ago I had a bad fall and have been on massive ammounts of painkiller and anti infam drugs.

I am slowly getting back in my feet but today after my first full shower, hair wash and scrub. I noticed how dull my hair is looking. My skin is all blotchy and dry with big black circles under the eyes.

What can I do to boost myself back. I have a haircut and highlights booked. Am drinking lots of water and am going for a gentle walk every day, but what can I do to help my poor blotchy basically poisoned skin? I am 36 and very fair. I have always looked young for my age, I looked in the mirror today and looked 50 :(

Thanks

You need to nourish your skin. A cleansing balm is very good and soothing, Lancome do a nice one . Darphin do an excellent range called Intral for red irritated skin and buy a good oil to put some moisture back in, Clarins are lovely. I swear by fish oil as well, it's done wonders for mine.

Thanks will look into those. Do you mean a fish oil supplement rather than something you put on your face ?! Any other supplements I should look into ?

I take omega 3 fish oil capsules, 4000mg a day.It took a couple of months for the effect to kick in so persevere if you take them, it's not instant Smile.Rose Hip oil is also good, Weleda do a good rose range which is also cheaper than Clarins and Darphin but Darphin is wonderful if you don't mind splashing the cash.

I would drink lots, gentle walks, take a tonic like Minadex and use sweet almond oil on my face as a cleanser. Hope you are feeling better soon :)
