Is there such a thing as waterproof liquid eyeliner?

I bought the new collection 2000 pen eye liner (well technically it was free with my mascara) and it is brilliant to apply and a lovely glossy black however it runs and smudges at the mere suggestion of damp in the air Hmm I've tried the Avon pen one which applies well but comes out more grey than black and doesn't look right, I've also tried the gel pencil in black which was good colour but smudges too easily.

I've got one from Boots No 7 - stay perfect eyeliner. It's not marked waterproof but it stays put!

Mine is "gunmetal" but it looks black enough for my complexion

Superdrug do a range called 2true....I've got a waterproof liquid eyeliner costing £1.99 and is fab!! Tbh, I never wear cheap makeup but I really like this range and is always 3 for 2 (I love the lipgloss too)

I've never found 100% budge proof or water proof. Just been recommended Lancome's one but it's terrible on me and lasts five minutes! Gosh's Extreme Art isn't bad at all. I love Blinc's liquid eyeliner, especially in grey. If i do winged line, the wings bits fade off quickly (as with all liners on me), but the rest stays put quite well on my watery eyes. Oh and agree with HipHop- they really are pretty good. I wore one in a very humid part of the Caribbean and it lasted pretty well

Estee Lauder's Doublewear liquid liner got me through my mum's funeral and the following months. It's pretty damn good! MAC's Superslick is a pretty good second.

Thank you for the suggestions I'll go and have a look and see which brands from the list are available locally :)

MAC liquilast - I was wearing it last week when at a conference and put it on at 7am, worked solidly all day, went straight to the bar at 6, sat in the sun, dinner, bed, woke up at 6 and it was still exactly where I put it
