Based on reading through the threads here I would like to try the following

A good oil for my face (rosehip?)
Glycolic Acid
a CLARISONIC- which I cannot afford, is there a cheaper version
A good serum and moisturiser which wont break the bank but actually work
What would argan oil do for me?

Thing is where would I buy such things? Im hopelessly inexperienced when it comes to matters of skin care, probably why I look like a purse, but any help would be appreciated!

Clarisonics look exactly the same as the ones that were out in the 80's that cost about £20 imo.

Face oil - I use sweet almond.

Argan is good for face and hair.

Im off now to buy a hotchpotch of oils, thanks valium!

Just buy a face brush then and twirl it yourself Grin

i use rosehip at night - lovely. You can buy it from a good health food shop - I get Trilogy

Clarisonic is okay but if you have fine sensitive skin it can be harsh and strip your skin, making it drier. I found it made my rosacea worse. I use Emma Hardie cleansing balm which is fabulous and lasts for ages, used with a good old fashioned flannel rinsed in hot water does just as good a job I found.

I bought the trilogy one in the shop there, but was over run by choices for health vits and oils. Im really run down and you can see it in the skin so Im going to follow the princessing thread as much as I can, baby steps though!

VALIUM I snorted at that!

Loving Trilogy Rosehip Oil too!

I have Trilogy rosehip currently and it is nice, but I MUCH prefer the Clarins facial oils which smell amazing and make my skin more glowy in the morning. But Trilogy much cheaper.

I like the Clarins Santal oil too but currently using coconut oil on my face as an evening moisturiser and I'm happy that it's doing as good a job as the Clarins just without the lovely smell.

I use the Emma Hardie and a hot flannel too - it's incredible, really amazing!
