Following recommendations from MN, I've been hankering after one of the Soap & Glory Foot Buffers from Boots, but my local store have never stocked them, and they've been out of stock online for weeks (not that I've been checking every day, oh no!). Checked today, and voila! back in stock (and one is already ordered and is winging it's way chez SoTired)

I got one yesterday too after the thread and must say I have never used one before as thought it would hurt but it was amazing! My right foot has never been so smooth!! (was too tired to complete the left)
Tried to convince my mum to get one but she having none of it. Would show her the last thread if it didn't out me on here!

Am gutted as have been looking for a decent foot file for years. Saw this thread, went on Boots website, it's showing "No longer available". What am I doing wrong?

That's the one whoops. I don't know why it's showing as out of stock for you Witch as I've just checked and it seems to be there.

Mine arrived yesterday, result is one lovely soft foot, one less so (baby woke up before I finished) but I would really recommend doing this over the bath, then you can just rinse away the manky debris.

the one in saisnburys is identical and a lot cheaper. ive got both, i brought the dirty works from sainsburys one and then my mum found the soap and glory one and brought it for me.
They are both exactly the same so if you can;t find the soap and glory check out sainsbos

Weird question, but do you need an actual lemon to use with this foot buffer? Someone told me that you do and it sounded almost too weird to be true, but she was serious!

Ellen - I have used it so far without a lemon but it does recommend using lemon juice to break down the hard skin [weird emoticon]
