please help! i am getting desperate. i have a night out in june, and the dress i want to wear required nude shoes.

i have trawled the shops and the net - nothing seems to be left in my size. i am normally a size 4. i sent for some from barratts and i could not get my feet into them. i had the expense of returning them.
i sent for 4 pairs from Next, the 4.s were fine but they were so unstable i could not walk in them, they had a sort of odd stuck on platform which made them wobble too much.

all i fecking want is some platform shoes in nude.
they have to be a full shoe - no peep toes or sling backs.

is it toooo much to ask? it is.

a gold star to anyone who can find me any or tell me where to look - ive just clicked on another thread and realised that Zara do shoes and lit up when i found a beautiful pair - all out of stock in my size.
its the same story where ever i look. anyone any ideas?

Or these;

missmiss · 12/05/2012 21:09

Aldo has a great sale on at the moment, tonnes of 'neutrals'.

Lilyloo · 12/05/2012 21:09

I got a pair of Dune nude shoes from tk max last week.

trixymalixy · 12/05/2012 21:09

Carvela have some nice patent nude ones. I have them in a stone colour and they are very comfy.

MamaGeekChic · 12/05/2012 21:09

I have these and wear them to work pretty much every day I don't have the black version on. Comfy, not too high but high enough to give lovely legs and IMHO the perfect nude

anniewoo · 12/05/2012 21:10

Try Korky.ie -an Irish shoe company. Loads of nude shoes.

these are much nicer in real life the photos don't do them justice. Frasers and John Lewis have them.

BensonBunny · 12/05/2012 21:17

I have these, they are fab! They tend to go out of stock very quickly but it says they have over 10 size 4 and 41/2 in stock at the moment. I'm normally a 6 but found the 61/2 better so if it was me I'd order both.

blondiedollface · 12/05/2012 21:18

accessories/shoes/ These are in stock in a size 4 and they're beautiful!!

notyummy · 12/05/2012 21:19

Let me introduce the M and S platform court £19.50 shoe. Looks much, much more expensive. Very, very comfy:

Here.

Their are quite a few referees for these beauties on the Avid and Wise thread should you wish to check that I am not talking rubbish Grin.

GnocchiNineDoors · 12/05/2012 21:20

trixymalixy · 12/05/2012 21:22

Those m&s ones are a total bargain! >

tethersend · 12/05/2012 21:23

Aldo on the smaller side IME

MrsLettuce · 12/05/2012 21:24

WRT the zara shoes - it'd be worth calling customer service. They might be able to track down a pair for. Often works.

too fussy?

utterly beautiful. But the price?!!?! Shock]

BellaVita · 12/05/2012 21:24

I have these, worn on a night out - vair comfy

notyummy · 12/05/2012 21:24

You won't regret Trixy. I am not an M and S sort of gal at all normally, but I have 3 pairs of those shoes in various shades (they have them in a great range of colours.)

missmiss · 12/05/2012 21:29

Aldo seem pretty true to size to me - I've got a pair of their nude heels in an 8 which fit perfectly (in fact, am a large 8 so they might even be a bit generous!).

ThatVikRinA22 · 12/05/2012 21:40

oh thank you all! i have been looking for weeks! i am torn between the M&S ones (for the price!)and 2 different pairs on the Aldo site.....i wanted a fairly chunky platform but oh, now i cant make a sodding decision!

bella thank you - i went to moda and they didnt have those in my size or i would have tried them!

cheers all.....i have been looking for Aldo all my life....Grin
