Help! Looking for ladies' black flat ballet pumps, very comfy!

I wear these all the time when it's dry but have had cheapies from New Look which fall to pieces very quickly and I seem to trip over the toes a lot.

Can anyone recommend some good ones that are very comfy. I don't want anything fancy, and they must be flat, I can't walk or drive in heels! I don't really want to spend hundreds but probably looking at about 30 to 50 ...

Thanks :-)

Crocs have a shop in Manchester- so if you ever go near by you must go and try a pair on :D

Next have hundreds of pairs

Those crocs aren,t ballet pumps though. Theyaretoo chunky and plasticky.

Thanks for the replies. Next shoes just don't seem to last either ...

Not really looking for Crocs - would like some plain black ballet pumps, I like them with jeans or linen trousers, denim skirts, anything.

Hi Karen, I've had a few pairs from London Rebel and they seem to last well. I like the gold trims on these ones but they come in all different styles;

Or why don't you try a pair of Toms? I have a pair and they look quite nice with jeans. They rubbed at first but are unbelievably comfortable now! Also, every time you buy a pair of Toms they donate a pair of shoes to a child in need!

You can buy Toms here online (below) or lots of stores on the high street stock them.

Thanks for your help Steph, the London Rebel look exactly right but I'm trying to find some in leather instead of synthetic, because they just don't seem to last long, the surface scratches off quickly and my feet sweat (urgghhh!) a lot in them.

Not keen on the Toms, sorry.

Aldo flat ballet pumps are very comfortable and last long (my favorite), I think if you go on the online website you will be able to find ones that are on sale (they always have a sale).
