Can anyone recommend a POWERFUL hairdryer?

Hello y'all,

I am in dire need of a new hairdryer - mine is nearly 15years old, 2KW Revlon.

And it's probably quicker to dry my and my DDs super-thick hair with the gentle puff of fairy wings than using my ancient hairdryer.

Can anyone recommend a super-powerful one, preferably with cool settings too?

Thanks!

Parlux is often recommended - we have them at my gym and they are fab - I have hair that takes for ever to dry but these do it in 10 mins

I have a parlux compact and it is fantastic, its what most Salons use. I got it trade price through a salon suppliers online. I have a ton of thick long hair that is wavy and I blow dry it straight (or it becomes huge - think 80's woolly looking perm) I pretty much ditched my GHD's after getting this. It cut the drying time by about two 3rds also

My parlux is fab - hairdressers use them. Cost ££ but last forever without burning out, dry the hair nicely and quickly.

Parlux

Parlux and also ghd have just brought out a hairdryer called 'air' that is amazing!

I've never even heard of Parlux before. I had a look on their website, they do seem a little pricey, but as DDs are little and I have a lifetime of managing long hair ahead of me, I may well invest in one.

I did spend £60 on a Mason and Pearson hairbrush too, DH will kill me if he every finds out what I paid for it! But worth it to me :)

You can get them on Amazon as well.

I like my Parlux too. It's worth looking out for voucher codes for websites like Lookfantastic and HairHQ and those kind of sites. I think I managed to get 15% off by doing that. Still ££ though!

Another vote for parlux, had mine years and would replace in a heartbeat if it broke
