I've been doing the shred but could do with something else in between just for a wee change. I've looked at the reviews for this on Amazon and they all seem good but wondered if you need quite a high level of fitness for the 6 pack one? My stamina has certainly built up doing the shred, is it enough for this? Anyone tried it? Oh and can I ask what size of weights you all use for the shred too?
She seems to have done loads of DVDs too, is there any others that you lovely lot can recommend? Particularly for the tummy area? I don't want to phone this one in!!

I have 6week 6pack and would say it's pretty much like Level 3 Natalie style! It's properly hard! I have only done it a couple of times so far though, and I'm intending on picking it back up before our family holiday.

A friend adores JM's stuff and did the whole 6w6p and loved it. She looked bloody gorgeous on it too!

I have this. L1 is ok- tough but ok. L2 is HARD if you do it properly- but you do 3 weeks of L1 first to build up.

For the shred I had between 3kg and 7kg (mostly 5kg.) I have worked out for a while and am bit of a sadist though! I think must people are at the 2/3kg level.

In terms of others for the tummy i would say No More Trouble Zones and Ripped in 30.
