Atm i have long, layered hair with a fringe.

I don't want to lose the length but the fringe is dated- not a chunky one but a soft one straight across just under my eyebrows.

I have a huge forehead and long face, so really need something to cover/break it up but i also have to wear my hair up for work so it has to look ok when the rest is tied up.

Can anyone suggest a look that i can take to the hair dresser or the bathroom mirror with some scissors

If you have a long face the length could be dragging it down further. If you want to keep the fringe just get hairdresser to put more hair into it to make it fuller and more up to date. HTH!

I love the last 2 but my hair is too unruly and thick to be too short.

I tried shorter styles and it just looked awful. Too scared to chop it off as by the time it grew out, I think I would be too old for long hair!

Worried about a chunky fringe as my teenage sister has got one, am I not too old? please say no, I'm only 30!
