What is the difference between them? Are gloves enough (I use them currently) or is there some magical secret to body brushing that I'm missing?

Think body brushing is more vigorous on the skin and therefore gets the blood circulation going better. It helps release toxins and lyphatic drainage as well as exoliating the skin.

I have a friend of a friend who is a model and she recommends body brushing for cellulite, she has even released a youtube page about it! A model recommends guide to body brushing.

Heloooo! Can someone recommend a really good one? Or are they all the same? Should I get the one with the handle or the one that you put on your hand with a strap or different one for the thigh/ bum and a different one for the rest of the body? Confused

I used to use the gloves but now I use the BodyShop body brush and it so much better than the gloves.

Its this one here www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/catalog/product.aspx?ParentCatCode=C_BathBody&CatCode=C_BathBody_Accessories&prdcode=28071m

Remember its dry brushing, not in the shower. The brushes crack and split if they get wet, they are different to shower scrubbing brushes I think.
