What do you think of these ankle boots?

What are your thoughts about these boots? To wear with dresses/skirts and leggings? The summer is nowhere near yet and I need something to take me from knee-high boots and wooly socks to sockless flats. I really don't care about being cutting-edge fashionable, in fact I am the proud owner of a pair of bootcut jeans! However, I do have a desperate urge to be comfortable and these boots have got great reviews from that POV. And they are a tenner off. Very tempted

I think they look like granny boots! However, if you don't care what they look like and they are comfortable then just get them.
