What to wear with this dress?

Am off to a wedding next weekend, am so happy with my dress but the weather is not looking promising so am worried that I am going to freeze. I cannot wear a jacket as the sleeves of the dress will rumple up within the sleeve of the jacket. Any ideas?

It looks like you only have 2 choices:

Be cold, or the dreaded pashmina...

If it's jersey, would it crease that much? I would wear a blazer over it. Would rather a few creases than freeze...not good in the cold and hate those pashmina thingies
buy some really good skin-like tights - what footwear are you putting with it?

Thank you for your suggestions. Maybe I could just do a sundance all week and then will not have a problem. The shoes I have are cream heels with a gold heel and toe cap, not sure that makes sense but cannot find a picture online. I have a black and gold narrow belt to wear with the dress too. I am so excited, haven't had a dress before that makes me feel this good, just hope I can pull it off now.
