No! It's a nice length and looks quite conservative apart from the lace. Pretty!

I haven't considered shoes yet. I might channel my inner Duchess and go for patent nudes, however I have some purple suede shoes as well (maybe a tad wintery and too matchy matchy). What would you suggest?

silver sandals as styled, I'd say. Or something like them, these are lover cut, if your on the shorter side.

Closed shoes and long sleeves isn't really right for a summer wedding.
