I've just seen a cashmere Jemina Khan jumper in a charity shop for £40 is it worth it, or a bit pricey for a second hand item??

Whatever you do,make sure you check carefully for moth holes.

I have to say,for that price it'd need to be very special,and in excellent nick,but if you love it and can afford it then why not (but I have no idea how much it'd cost new)

I wouldn't go near it with a bargepole then,tbh,as if they have clothes moth in the shop it will love cashmere.However,its possible the moth was just a random little non-clothes moth.

If you do have to get it,regardless,put it in the freezer to kill the moth larvae.
