I'm on the blackberry so the image took a long time to come up. I had the title, so thought...

First - Blue Nun wine! Nostalga. Interesting!
Then - oh oh - blue nuns! Crikey!
Then the pic came up and I thought 'eh? What the...?'
Then the blackberry crashed and I am none the wiser.

The t-shirt is a design by Bono and his wife who run edun. edun it is to help promote trade in africa and uses natural fibres and materials. I have no idea what the tshirt represents but I have a skirt and top from edun and they do some lovely clothes.

Another site claims it is a Childs drawing....

Hah. My first thought (before I saw strawberry's reply) was that the T shirt is desperately trying to say "I am ethical and fairtrade".
