At a conference this week I had flat-out style envy of the two women I was sat next to. One had a chiffon blouse with a cloud print on it which I would like to find, but what I really covet was her friends dress which was: nearly navy, with red polka dot about 1.5 cm diameter, knee-length-ish, cap sleeves, with a pleat detail at one shoulder (but at the front rather than on the sleeve iyswim), tailored. Just lovely. She wore it with a skinny pillarbox red patent belt and red cardigan and looked the bees knees. I've googled and googled but I can't find it. Can any of you please help?!
