Do you put Mascara on MAC fake eyelashes? Guidance needed quick!

any tricks, any tips?

Have stopped having eyelash extensions recently, but big event tonight so bought some MAC ones..& glue.

Do I put on eye makeup first, or after the lashes.. also do you put mascara on the fake lashes or will that ruin them?

help please....

eyeshadow, eyeliner first

curl and apply one light coat of mascara.

stick on lashes and leave well alone for 5-10 mins (do hair/lips etc).

come back and apply more eyeliner to cover/blend in lash strip if needed

finish with another light coat of mascara (concentrate more on roots than tips of lashes). helps real and fake ones to blend in better.

(when you remove them pick off as much of the glue as possible and if needed wipe off any mascara with eye make up remover/toner on cotton bud. put them back on the tray and they should be good for at least 4/5 times) hth!

what number lashes did you buy Madamme? I'm lusting after a pair of %2333's at the moment... am making do with Ardell ones in the meantime!

No idea, no number on them?? They're pretty full and long, not stumpy but not mega.. Its a business dinner so I didn't want to be too OTT !
